His health improved with its use, sparking a deep-seated passion for agarwood that drove him to delve into the science behind this precious resource.

Determined to make a difference for others, Mr. Hasrul invested in his own agarwood plantation, securing 13,000 Aquilaria Malaccensis trees. He dedicated himself to mastering the delicate art of agarwood cultivation, learning the inoculation processes that induce the creation of resin, from which high-quality agarwood oil is derived. This meticulous process, paired with an acquired distillation site, enabled Mr. Hasrul to produce agarwood oil of exceptional quality. Today, Richadh Sdn Bhd stands as a trusted name in agarwood products, celebrated for their purity, potency, and holistic benefits.

Expanding beyond agarwood, Mr. Hasrul’s partnership with Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) introduced another innovation: GOMA — a uniquely cultivated Grey Oyster Mushroom with a remarkable 20% increase in antioxidant levels. Under a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with UniMAP, Richadh Sdn Bhd and the university joined forces to research and develop GOMA, now pending patent registration as a trademark innovation.
